Initially introduced in DC Comics all the way back in 1948, the puzzling menace has taken great pleasure in confounding and confusing Gotham City with his incredibly high level of intellect and his penchant for rambunctious riddles. The Riddler is undoubtedly one of the Caped Crusader’s most popular villains. A star-studded line-up no doubt, but perhaps its most intriguing addition was Paul Dano – who played the primary villain, Edward Nashton/The Riddler. A Batman reboot for DC Films, it stars Robert Pattinson as The Dark Knight himself, Zoë Kravitz as Catwoman/Selina Kyle, Colin Farrell as Oswald Cobblepot/The Penguin and Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth.
